War rules

Creating rules that apply uniformly to every player is never easy. In wars, each member is allowed two attacks, and our rules are designed to strike the right balance: maximising stars and destruction for the clan, while also ensuring players get decent loot. If you are participating in a war, please be mindful of the following:

🔥 The “Super Alpha” Rule
If you are confident in your skills and capable of 3-starring a higher base, go for it—no questions asked! For example, if our #30 player successfully 3-stars the enemy’s #1 base, that’s ABSODAMNLUTELY fine.
But remember: you must actually succeed. “I thought I could 3-star but couldn’t” is not an excuse. If you take the risk, you need to deliver.

💡 The Rule of Thumb
🎯 First Attack: Hit your mirror (the same number as your own position).
⭐ If you 3-star your mirror: Feel free to go higher in your second attack.
⬇️ If you don’t 3-star your mirror: Aim lower in your second attack.

🧹 Clean-Up Attacks
⚔️ Not everyone will be able to 3-star their mirror, and that’s perfectly fine. In such cases, you are encouraged to save your second attack for clean-up.
🌟 Clean-ups are appreciated because they secure extra stars.
✅ Always ensure your clean-up attack earns more stars than the previous attempt on that base.

Following these rules ensures we gain the maximum war stars while still giving you a shot at solid loot rewards.

🚫 What’s Not Allowed

❌ Hitting higher without first 3-starring your mirror.
❌ Starting an attack and surrendering without dropping troops. This is treated the same as not attacking at all.
❌ Missing your war attacks. If you fail to attack, you will be disqualified from the next war.

🤝 Participation in Wars

🎮 It’s perfectly fine if you don’t want to participate in wars—just turn off your war preference in your profile.
⚖️ However, due to the 0 or 5 rule for war rosters, you may occasionally still be included.
🛡️ We are primarily a war clan, so taking a short break of a couple of wars is acceptable. But if you take a very long break, it will be seen as a sign that you’re no longer interested in the clan, and we’ll assume you don’t wish to stay.
